+ One of the best and longest city parks in Europe running in the center from one side of the town to the other (Turia Gardens)
+ City of Arts and Sciences
+ Old town
+ Architecture
+ Food : Tapas, Paella and Orxata (earth-almond milk served cold)
+ Cycling heaven

CONs:

– English (hard to get by even in tourist filled places)
– Weird schedule (on Mondays most things are closed , a lot of restaurants open very late – 19.00 or 20.00)
